Our first experimentation came about with truffles. We tried a few different bases, and after a very blind taste test..decided cashew was the way to go.
And voila!!! Here you have our vegan truffles!
These homemade, hand-dipped truffles consist of a smooth chocolate ganache center covered with our secret recipe soymilk chocolate to create a heavenly, rich treat. They will make you feel like royalty.
Each truffle is approximately 1" around by 1 1/4" tall.
There are 9 in a box.
